Dr. Julie Livingston is a Silver Professor of Social and Cultural Analysis and History at New York University and author of Self-Devouring Growth: A planetary Parable as Told From Southern Africa (Duke University Press, 2019)

The event will be moderated by Dr. Daniel Mains, Associate Professor of Anthropology and African Studies, University of Oklahoma.
